The breathtaking digital paintings created by Heather Smith, have the finesse and expressiveness, which catches the eye and holds one in an awe. Heather is a self-taught artist and used art, when she was in school, to occupy her time and, as she puts it, to “prevent boredom”.

She started by drawing, taking scissors and making something from whatever she could get her hands on. “My outlet was art. At home, there was no Internet, and we just had local television, so drawing and creating things was my way for entertainment and to relax,” she says.
